Job Title : Technical Content Writer

Experience : 1 to 5 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain in-depth user guides, FAQs, and technical overviews for the products.
• Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to deliver Technical Specification Documents and related API documents.
• Understand product functional and technical flows, use cases to be able to write and deliver end user documents.
• Value proposition through conceptualizing and developing documentation in technical, specialized, concise, easy to read, and grammatically correct language for a variety of technical audience/users.
• Skilled in writing, editing, reviewing, and scrutinizing a variety of documents.
• Monitor progress of team members and report the status regularly to the project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with onsite trainers for the required document deliverables.
• Mentor, motivate, build, and manage a team of Technical Writers by reviewing their work and providing feedback.
• Define standards that need to be a part of supporting documentation (stylesheet, format etc ).
• Update the version management system with the documentation versions
Requirements:
• Expertise in performing various roles Technical Writing, Lead Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, Technical Content Writer, Information Developer, and Trainer.
• Expertise in knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer, and technical content creation.
• Expertise in streamlining documentation process and providing consultant inputs for documentation
