● Collaboration with product and support teams to produce and maintain user friendly client facing documentation, including but not limited to: Product Help Documents, Online User Guides, FAQs etc.
● Formation and management of Release Notes of new features and providing real-time updates.
● Swift updating of the Knowledge Base
