Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing Knowledge Bank (KB) content for B2B clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with Commversion’s communication and lead-generation goals.
Write creative content (e.g., contests, engagement posts, and communication pieces) for internal teams.
Support collaboration with Operations, QA, and Training teams to translate client requirements into easy-to-understand KB articles and chatbot content.
Learn to design, test, and refine AI prompts that train chatbots to have natural, accurate, and persuasive conversations.
Help maintain tone consistency across all written and AI-generated content (professional, engaging, and customer-centric).
Assist in monitoring bot interactions, tracking performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
Stay curious about new AI and LLM (Large Language Model) trends to suggest innovative ideas and enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Familiarity with content creation for SaaS, real estate, mortgage, or marketing industries.
· Previous exposure to chatbots, AI prompt writing, or training data preparation.
· Creative mindset for designing engaging contests or gamified content.
· Interest in improving customer experience (CX) and reducing manual chat interventions.
Good to have:
· KB articles that are clear, engaging, and reduce repeated queries.
· AI bots that deliver higher chat-to-lead conversion %.
· Contest write-ups that boost operator participation and motivation.
· Reduced manual intervention in chats thanks to smarter bot responses

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
