Job Description:
• Researching and analysing technical information related to a product or service.
• Understanding and organising complex technical information into easy-to-understand text for target audiences.
• Creating and editing user manuals, technical documents, product specifications, and other materials as required.
• Developing content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of technical content.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends in technology and technical writing, and sharing knowledge with colleagues as appropriate.
• Conducting interviews with subject matter experts to gather information for content creation.
• Reviewing and editing the work of other writers to ensure quality and adherence to guidelines.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Providing guidance and feedback to other writers on technical writing best practices and techniques
