We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce engaging and SEO-friendly content for our website, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
Role: Technical Content Writer
Key Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation including product guides, API docs, user manuals, help content, and technical specifications.
Create blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, and website content focused on web, mobile, and custom software solutions.
Create structured, SEO-friendly, and accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Review and edit existing technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Collaborate with design and UX teams to include visuals, infographics, and diagrams where applicable.
Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to understand software features, workflows, and updates.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in technical writing.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and UI/UX teams to understand product features and translate them into clear documentation.
Explain the functionalities, architecture, and workflows of mobile and web applications for clients and users.
Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and adherence to internal style and tone guidelines.
Desired skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical content writing or documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to comprehend complex systems and explain them in a clear, concise manner
Experience with API documentation, SDKs, and developer-focused content
Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital content marketing tailored for technical audiences
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
