Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to join our marketing team to build, plan & execute written content to expand our company’s digital footprint and awareness.
Objectives of this Role:
● Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
● Write seo and user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
● You’ll build a plan for written content for Demand Generation in collaboration with marketing, and other verticals
● You’ll collaborate with designers, sales, external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience
● You must have domain expertise to develop positioning, messaging, and content that differentiates Capillary in the market
● Experience in strategizing and executing Persona Driven demand Generation content
● Create compelling content like website content,sales playbooks, blog content, case study, industry reports that highlight the differentiated value to reach the target buyers
● Working on SEO content and helping the team rank on SERP
● Strategizing, trend spotting topics and executing the content plan, email communication, articles, and other projects
● Strategize and market content on multi platforms to achieve the desired goal
● Understand buyer personas and influencers – who they are, challenges their facing, and current use cases
● Should be able to ideate and work along with the designer and video editor
● Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and excellent people and management skills
Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field
● 2-4 years’ industry experience as an effective technical content writer
● Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topic
● Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
● Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
● Previous software development experience
