The right fit for this position will have a data driven approach and an eye for detail in communication with a proven track record of success in producing quality content that speaks to our audience and boosts interactions with our brand. He/she should have impeccable writing skills and good command in English language and be in love with the process of developing a product story which is engaging and informative to the readers.

• You’re looking for a role where you can own strategy (brand voice guidelines, brand books, content plans, etc.,) and then also ply your craft as a skilled wordsmith through blogs, website copy, thought leadership pieces and social media content.
Job Responsibilities:
KPI Create the content roadmap and drive content asset creation across multiple digital touch points spanning across on page, off page and social to drive conversations to engage with users / prospects / customers. Results include increase in CTR%, increase in Avg, time spent on website and higher rankings on focus keywords.
• Create and publish content and market the same with interesting hooks & narratives.
• Write a weekly newsletter for our audience which includes, product promotion and generic financial knowledge pieces.
• Curate SEO friendly long form content for on page & off page in the form of Blogs, Listicles, Infographics, Product Pages, Support Pages & Category Pages
• Proofread, re-structure and edit articles by other content writers.
• Should be able to write well-thought-out, on-brand copy/stories/product articles/newsletters for a B2B audience.
• To continuously monitor website traffic across pages and user engagement metrics
• To optimize content according to SEO and increase organic traffic to our site
• Performing content audits to assess how well existing content is performing.
• Performing content gap analyses to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed.
• Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely publication
• Should anchor and grow social media presence through engaging content across channels Quora, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter
Responsibilities:
• We ll be looking to you to be our storyteller and content champion for our in-house brands as well as clients, leading brand, content and campaign strategy all the way through digital content creation across channels. Here s what we have in mind:
• Understand marketing/business goals to honing in on the right brand voice and content strategy to achieve results. Build that strategic understanding into brand voice guidelines that will guide all future content creation.
• Serve as the voice of the brand across all digital channels: websites, apps, blog posts, social and traditional marketing collateral.
• Build long-term content plans and short-term content calendars that will bring awareness, engagement, expansion and longevity to the brand.
• Leverage market research, data, trends, SEO strategies and customer insights to create content that supports future growth.
• Analyze content performance, using A/B testing strategies, account metrics and attribution data to ensure that content delivers real business impact.
• Partner with the internal team (creative, technical) to align content with the larger picture of what we re delivering.
• Participate in increasing the our brand awareness through creating email marketing, blogging, thought leadership, press releases, events, advertising and social media.
• Provide sales support by contributing to presentations, proposals, sample work projects and whatever else we need to demonstrate our ability to serve our clients well.
· · Orchestrate the overall content strategy, ideation, and editorial calendar in line with the organizations milestones
· · Create content for blogs, articles, emails, landing pages, brochures, social media posts, infographics, video script, events announcements, webinars, customer success stories, power-points, and interactive assets while following the appropriate voice, style, and brand guidelines
· · Develop unique and attractive headlines and body and content for employee engagement campaigns
· · Manage live daily and weekly content flow to achieve digital audience targets
· · Strategize to amplify key news and stories on all social media handles
· · Research various media publications and craft engaging posts for various business verticals.
· · Validating market fit for topics and keywords that would be relevant to the business and generating content ideas around them.
· · Conduct in-depth and regular audits of competitor content across the complete Software industry ecosystem.
· · Generate detailed weekly performance reports and forecasts, with credible insights and recommendations for improvement and growth.

• We d like you to have at least a Bachelor s degree or equivalent and 5+ years with agency content creation experience working at both a strategic and tactical level.
Capabilities:
· Experience Required: 7-10 Years.
· Bachelor's degree required, preferably in English, Communications, or a related field. (Masters degree a plus)
· Sharp written and verbal communication skills.
· Possess a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the ITes and Staffing industry (preferable)
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work independently and within a team.
· Excellent attention to detailing and ability to multi-task projects
· Familiarity with software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs
