JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation- Technical Delivery Lead (Manager- Sr. AVP)
Role- Permanent/ Full time
Experience- 10+ years
Location- Noida/ Gurgaon/ Pune/ Bangalore
Shift- 12 PM to 10 PM (10 Hours Shift. Also depends on the project/work dependencies)
Working Days- 5 days
Work Mode- Hybrid
Skills Required
Mandatory Skills- Architect, Client Dealing, 70% Technical + 30% Managerial role; Cloud native solutions (AWS/ Azure); Programing languages- Node JS OR JAVA; Data streams (KAFKA, Web RTC), microservices
Good to have skills- Telephony experience; Avaya SDK, Genesys SDK (not mandatory to have)
Soft Skills- Excellent communication and Team management skills
Minimum Qualification- B.Tech. / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech.
Delivery Lead to take charge of the end-to-end deployment for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire solution delivery lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration, and providing exceptional value to our clients through successful implementation
Primary Skillset:
• Proficient in handling complex technical project development using the latest tools and technology
• Must be proficient in Java, Node.JS, Springboot, Kafka, NGINX, etc.
• Must be strong in database concepts (RDBMS, NoSql), and designing techniques
• Must be well-versed in web development and know microservices architecture
• Have a good grasp of both backend and frontend technology and framework e.g. Next.JS, Nest.JS, GraphQL, etc.
Secondary Skillset:
• Can do high-level, and low-level design of a solution
• Must be very good at problem-solving
• Must have a good working knowledge of AWS/Azure native services
Experience, Management, and Education:
• Must have 5-+ years of software development and implementation experience
• Must be able to communicate effectively with teams and clients
• Must be able to mentor junior team members
• BE/BTech/MCA from tier I/II institute in CS/IT or other associated engineering fields
