Traditional methods are not fit for purpose, especially when POs change 40% of the time after being placed. With 100s of suppliers and 1000s of orders, the complexity and manual effort required to stay on top of these changes can be overwhelming.
Kavida's AI Agent is designed to expedite post-PO management. Our solution integrates seamlessly with your email, using AI-enabled workflows to scan supplier communications and identify critical order and supplier information. Kavida's Agent PO automates supplier coordination on delivery date changes, quantity and pricing adjustments, and prioritizes tasks that need your immediate attention, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in your procurement processes.
How we do this?
By combining the best of GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud computing, supply chain domain knowledge to build “AI Agents”. Our Agents are not normal software that users use on a day-to-day basis to create value, the Agent sits in the background and creates value for users and only gets them involved when problems occur. It reads emails, data from ERP and supply chain systems, global news and events and combines all of them to ensure that manufacturers receive orders from suppliers on time and in full.
Our Success Story
We were born out of covid1+ in March 2020. Since then, we raised our several rounds of capital from strategic investors and venture capitals. We are now at a stage where we have enough customers on the Agent and are on the trajectory to a hockey stick growth where the demand is increasing each day. To support this exponential growth, we are restructuring our engineering team into a world class team that can take the product and infrastructure to level where it can support more than 100 enterprise business customers.

Interview process at Kavida
An initial screening round followed by the technical round with someone from the technical team along with the assignment.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with 8-10 years of experience in software development and project management.
The ideal candidate will lead the successful delivery of our digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving operational excellence in a startup environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and manage project deliverables through effective coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects concurrently, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to teams, facilitating problem-solving and decision-making as needed.
· Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining regular communication regarding project status, issues, and resolutions.
· Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
· Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes, promoting efficiency and scalability within the organization.
· Implement best practices for quality assurance and conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.

· Strong technical background with proficiency in software development methodologies and Agile frameworks.
· Experience with AI projects, Large Language Models (LLMs), Redis, Copilot, OpenAI, and other relevant technologies.
· Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern software development technologies.
· Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
· Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
