Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead and manage the delivery of enterprise-level projects in Java Full Stack Technologies. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with project management and team leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery:
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and quality.
• Define project goals, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication and regular updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong experience in Java Full Stack technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks like Angular/React/ Vue.js.
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and DevOps practices.
Management Skills:
• Proven experience in managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• Experience in team leadership, performance management, and conflict resolution.
