Job Description:
• Preparing the Datasheets GTP/QAP based on Indian Standard or Customer Specification.
• Resolved Technical Query and communicate with customers by email and phone.
• Maintaining datasheets records, filing, documentation, etc.
• Internal Co-ordination with Tender, Sales, and Marketing Team.
• Prepare Technical documents as per tender/inquiry.
• Update daily activity in CRM software and internal follow-ups for any technical query.
• Technical Specification Study
• BOM preparation
• Preparation of GTP (Datasheets) & QAP
