Technical Designer
UMENCO is seeking a Technical Designer for a brand who specialise in creating clothes that elevate everyday life through lighthearted escapism, with a seasonal variety guided by the freedom associated with travel. As an Australian-owned, direct-to-consumer retailer, the brand operates across Australia and internationally.
The Technical Designer will take creative lead and oversee design, development and sourcing. The role is an exciting opportunity to create trend driven, customer-centric, well-balanced collections while aligning with the brands design direction.
The successful talent will have an extensive knowledge of seasonal trends and market responses, technical knowledge of fabrics as well as exceptional communication and team management skills. Strong Adobe Suite skills is essential as well as proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
