Key Responsibilities
- Dynamics 365 Customization: Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Customer Service modules
- Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Insights with other Microsoft products and third-party systems
- Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models, customer profiles, and unified customer views
- Automation: Build workflows, plugins, and custom connectors for seamless customer service automation
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365
Required Skills
- Dynamics 365: Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Customer Service modules
- Microsoft Products: Knowledge of Power BI, Azure, and Power Platform
- Technical Documentation: Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
- Training and Support: Experience in providing technical support and training to end-users and team members
Experience: 4-9 years
