Location – Bangalore.
This is work from office position, Monday-Friday.
Experience - 5+ years
Key Responsibilities –
Collaborate with our Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to understand about the various processes and workflows in scope.
Create process flowcharts, diagrams, and visuals to aid in the understanding of procedures.
Develop detailed and user-friendly SOPs, process manuals and guidelines.
Ensure all documentation follows a consistent format and style guide.
Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedure
Research, develop and document technical design specifications
Qualifications and Skills –
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in using process mapping and flowcharts tools (e.g., Visio)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with using style guides and maintaining consistent documentation formats
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
