Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Engineer with a strong background in the cable jointing industry to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, supporting product development, and providing expert-level support in installation, testing, and training related to cable joints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support installation, testing, and commissioning of LV/MV/HV cable jointing and termination systems
• Provide on-site and off-site technical support to clients, partners, and the internal sales team
• Assist in designing and developing new cable jointing solutions in coordination with R&D and production teams
• Prepare technical documentation, installation manuals, and training modules
• Conduct training sessions and technical workshops for customers and field staff
• Analyze field failures and customer feedback to recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications (e.g., IEC, IEEE, etc.)
• Collaborate with the quality and manufacturing teams to improve product performance and reliabilityPreferred Skills:
• Exposure to international jointing standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC)
• Experience in product testing labs or QA/QC processes
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design software
