The Company:
We are seeking customer service representatives with strong communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and a passion for problem-solving. Our client is a leader in global payment solutions.
The Role:
This is a temporary contract position with the opportunity to extend or go permanent. The role involves set shifts, so you'll know your schedule in advance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical customer service over the phone
Troubleshoot technical issues with customers
Log incidents and manage support processes
Requirements:
Solid background in customer service or contact centres
Experience in a call centre environment (preferred)
Previous experience in a customer-focused role (essential)
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent system skills and a confident understanding of technology
Problem-solving skills
Clear criminal history and credit check
NZ residency or citizenship
