Job Description
Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of low and medium complexity IT projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost adherence.
- Maintain and validate project scope, plans, and schedules; apply organization s delivery standards, operational norms, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor project health using PMO metrics and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies as necessary.
- Provide weekly and monthly status reports highlighting critical red/amber items and required mitigations.
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and drive corrective actions for Labor, CAPEX, and OPEX variances.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and proactively eliminate process waste, idle time, and inefficiencies.
- Make data-driven decisions to maintain alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and execute project communication plans.
- Collaborate with Laboratory Information System (LIS) and integration engine vendors to ensure contractual delivery timelines are met.
- Support organizational change management by identifying impacts and preparing teams for adoption.
Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Track and escalate compliance-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with QA teams to address quality gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years working in regulated SDLC environments.
- Minimum 2 years managing LIMS and integration projects in a life sciences or healthcare setting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in driving software design and development projects.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Office, etc.
- Ability to manage complexity, influence stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and structured IT delivery processes.
