Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Gurugram
Work Mode: Hybrid ( Full Time/ Permanent)
• Notice Period Max 30 Dyas Considerable
This is an exciting role and would entail you to
· Oversee dedicated development PODs for platform automations and IA based solutions.
· Lead automation solutions across ingestion – development – production – support stages and ensure the development is distributed and managed effectively across the India development teams.
· Work closely with the Business Analysts to identify and fill any gaps in requirements
· Work closely with Architects to build and review solution design, architecture & security principles
· Design and Creation of automated solutions using Power apps to replace existing integrations
· Interface with subject matter experts, process owners, developers, etc.‚ in support of enhancing knowledgebase and intellectual capacity within teams
· Excellent problem solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to execute a program within the scope of overall strategies.
This may be the right role for you if you have
· 7-10+ years of experience in a technical lead role delivering IT projects with MS .Net across a diverse set of clients using Agile methodology.
· 2.5+ years of experience in MS Power platform (Power Apps/ Power Automate/ Power BI/ Power Virtual Agents)
· Strong Experience with Microsoft- based cloud solutions like Microsoft Azure and integration between Power platform and Azure offerings
· Strong data visualization capabilities
· Hands on experience with SQL database systems
· PowerShell & VBA experience is preferred
· PL-400 Microsoft Power Platform developer certification would be an added advantage
· Hands on experience with Source control (Git)
· Exposure to CI/CD automation
· Experience providing mentorship and coaching Junior team-members, to unify RPA standards
