Candidate would be working with a team of talented and committed software technologists who aim at delivering high quality Products to PTC customers in PLM space.
You will be part of DevOps team and work closely with Customers.
Candidate would be involved in Activities like:
• Understand / analyze customer requirements and provide solutions.
• Problem Solving.
• Analyzing, debugging, and fixing of product code.
• Collaborating with other product teams including Developers, Quality Engineers, and Product Owners.
• Respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Develop strong working knowledge of products.
• Learning and Development.
• Suggest product and process improvement ideas.
• Be an active Team Member.
• Collaborate with other teams like Tech Support, Cloud infrastructure etc.
• Share technical information with the team and to a wider audience when appropriate.
• Provide timely and complete information and documentation to product stakeholders.
• Active contribution in SaaS related activities / goals.
• Technically lead and drive the team’s goal.
• Pattern analysis of customer scenarios.
• Provide Feedback to the team on product quality, call out risks/issues (if any).
• Work on fast paced geographically distributed teams.
• Understand the vision, roadmap, and team goals of the product.
Skills and knowledge:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent programming skills in JAVA technologies.
• Hands on experience to work on automation tools like Selenium, JUnit etc.
• Good Technical Learning Abilities.
• Good understanding of software applications in Client-Server architecture. Should have experience in deploying / configuring such applications.
• Experience to work on Databases like Oracle & MS-SQL
• Balance quality with time bound delivery.
• Familiarity with version control tool like Git, SVN etc.
Basic Qualifications:
BE / B Tech / ME / MTech/ MCA / MSc Computer Science with excellent academics and +-10 years of relevant experience
