Aptino is building an innovative AI-driven product and we are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who can shape our engineering function from day one. If you love building products from scratch, leading technology decisions, and driving impactful solutions—this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
• Architect and own the full technical roadmap
• Develop core backend / frontend modules with high-quality coding standards
• Integrate AI models, vector databases, and intelligent agent workflows
• Build scalable cloud infrastructure, CI / CD pipelines & DevOps processes
• Lead end-to-end delivery—from requirements to production launch
• Hire, guide, and mentor a high-performing engineering team
• Ensure product performance, security, and reliability
What We’re Looking For
• 7–10 years software engineering experience with 2–3 years as a tech leader
• Strong backend development in Node.js / Python / Java
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs (Pinecone / Weaviate / Chroma)
• Hands-on with model integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.)
• Solid cloud knowledge (AWS or Azure) + Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD
• Experience building scalable SaaS products
• Passion for startup environments and ownership-driven mindset
