Job description
Exp Level: 7 to 10 years
Location: Wakad, Pune
Key Responsibilities
• Leadership and ownership qualities are must. This is a client facing role so excellent communication skills are required.
• Doing proof of concepts (POCs) and sharing knowledge in peers .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Mentoring Junior members to complete tasks and lead the development team.
• Develop / maintain IVR applications using built in Java and Spring Boot and VXML
• Migrating existing IVR applications to cloud platforms
• REST API design and production troubleshooting
• Open to work on new technologies
• IVR development with VXML
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms
• Integrate existing applications with AI systems and mentor junior developers
Required Skills
• Experience in contact center domain is must.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in Java, Spring boot, VXML, Microservices
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, multithreading, Rest API development
• Expertise in UI technologies including JSP and React.js
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / Alibaba Cloud platforms
• Experience with IBM MQ, Kafka
• System design understating and
• Knowledge of REST APIs and scalable application development
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, Google App Engine, AWS ECS
• Production support and troubleshooting
Added Advantage
• Experience with Google dialog flow, Twilio or other cloud telephony systems
• Expertise in AI development, RAG
• Experience with using github copilot, Windsurf etc to speed up development process.
• Expertise with Python programming.
