We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead Developer to drive technical excellence across our web projects. In this role, you will focus on guiding the technical aspects of the team, ensuring high-quality output, and leading innovation in development practices.

Responsibilities
• Technical Leadership: Guide developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices in software development.
• Project Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of web projects, ensuring technical quality and timely delivery.
• Technical Innovation: Research and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance our tech stack and development workflows.
• Architectural Design: Design scalable, secure, and efficient web solutions that meet project requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot and optimise application performance and reliability.

Requirements
• Strong technical background in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Proven experience in leading technical projects and mentoring developers.
• Ability to solve complex problems and articulate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and modern development workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerisation (e.g., Docker).

Preferred Qualifications
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong online presence in the developer community.
• Knowledge of additional PHP frameworks, advanced front-end frameworks, or orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
