What You Will Do
Do you know how to drive data migration for ERP deployments? Join us as Technical Lead and work on global projects from the launch!
We are looking for the main point of contact to our Business and IT Architecture for Enterprise Data Migration solutions with a focus on Data Migration tools and systems management. Your knowledge will influence technologies that will be part of Johnson Controls’ solutions!
You will use your interpersonal skills to establish good relationships with both technical as well as non-technical partners and to introduce new technologies or methodologies to established groups
How You Will Do It
• Develop reusable architecture, policies and standards for all Data migration matters related to Oracle Fusion, Oracle CPQ, ServiceMax and other applications through Informatica Technologies
• Lead the development team to deliver technical design, build ETL and DQ components
• Perform requirement analysis, build architectural models, estimate development and processing efforts for the solutions provided
• Configure and administer Data Tool Components (Informatica, Azure Data Pipeline, etc)
• Take the leading role in implementing and maintaining ETL coding and development standards in an international team of developers
• Execute data migration cycles for ERP deployments, handle problems resolutions
• Mentor and train data analysts, users to perform data duties
• Research new data technologies and technologies trends etc. Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Database, Operating Systems
Required
What we look for
• 5+ years of IT experience, with focus on data migration tools, technologies solution design, documentation, and training
• Proven track of 4+ end to end data migration implementations
• Experience with Informatica technologies such as IICS, CDI, CDQ, MDM, Customer 360, Product 360 is a must
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Pipelines or similar technology
• Overview of Oracle Fusion Cloud or comparable ERP data migrations
• Solid experience in designing data transfer solutions
• Experience in preparing test scripts and test cases to validate data and maintaining data quality
• Efficient problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills on highly sophisticated problems
• Knowledge of the business and support processes within the organization
• Ability to clearly communicate technology issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions
• Well organized and capable of prioritizing numerous priorities
• Excellent people skills with team leading experience
• Strong oral and written English language skills
Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / MIS / Engineering or similar
• Oracle Fusion experience is a plus, but not required
