We have Opening for Technical Lead JAVA

Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Educational Qualification (B.E. / B.Tech) or (PG in IT /CS or Equivalent)
• No. of resources - 2
• Total Experience - 8 Years

Essential Requirement -

4 years as Tech Lead/PM
6 years of relevant experience
Must have experience of working in 6 major e-Governance projects

Desirable Requirement -

Any certification in Java technology
Work experience must span over 2-3 turnkey IT assignments (min) with team size>10.
Candidate should have executed role of being part of development teams in more than
3-4 projects.
Technology benchmarking experience.
Candidate should be self-driven and capable of generating PoC (Proof of concepts)
directly and through a team.
Conversant with CMMi L5 framework.

Deliverables -

Work with Department and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope,
goals deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
Deliverable is to lead development team (Java) for IT projects; Evaluate Technical
architectures and provide hands-on support to the team; collaborate with DCO /CT
teams at the data center, software development teams, infrastructure outsourcing team,
DBAs, network administrator as a consortium (Centre of Excellence) ;
Define development processes that minimize defect density and promote on-time
delivery of project modules.
Benchmark new technologies work on continuous up-gradation of technical artifacts.
