About Business Line/Function : Develop and maintain IT systems at heart of “Know Your Customer (KYC)” ensuring due diligence, tax and regulatory compliance during the entire CIB client life cycle. Platform responsible for client onboarding, documentation, data distribution, capturing audit trails and being golden source. Application resides in the core model of the CLM IT and provides front to back connectivity within the various client onboarding platforms. Job Title: MDM Informatica Tech Lead Date: 01-06-2026 Department: Third Party Referential & Reporting Location: Mumbai Business Line / Function: Client Engagement & Protection Reports to: (Direct) Project Manager Grade: (if applicable) Assistant Manager (Functional) Number of Direct Reports: 0 Directorship / Registration: NA Position Purpose A new tool has been deployed for On boarding and KYC in the bank which needs integration with legacy systems in BNP Paribas. MDM Informatica is used as verified data store for distribution and exposure to other systems. Ab Initio is underlying transformation took for data. Developer needs to work on Ab Initio and MDM Informatica and must have hands on experience on these technologies. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities • Core development in Client onboarding transformation platforms (Ab Initio & MDM Informatica) • Participate in requirements analysis/ Sizing/ Technical Feasibility workshop/PoC • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software solution design and architecture • Implement security in applications by configuring and applying authorization, managing data integrity and implementing a secure site • Keep up-to-date with latest technologies, trends and provide inputs, expertise and recommendations as required on the project Contributing Responsibilities • Produce high quality code, perform code reviews and play effective team member role within the team of developers. Technical & Behavioral Competencies Must to have • Expertize on MDM Informatica and Ab Initio • Knowledge of AbInitio GDE, Epreass-IT, Query-IT along with expertise on both Batch and Continuous flows. • Development and Maintenance of Integration Jobs using Autosys and Control Center. • Experience of Transact SQL and databases (Oracle or SQL Server) • Ability to technically drive a team of 5 or more resources. Good to have • Experience in Web Applications and understanding of Web Context, Security. • Understanding of OOPS concepts, Solid principles and Design patterns • Experience in Development Methodology (Agile, SCRUM). Unit test framework. • Knowledge of C#, .NET will be added advantage • Results-oriented, team player and self-motivated with a strong initiative to deliver.
