We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team, responsible for implementing Oracle banking solutions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Oracle database, Oracle WebLogic, Java, PL/SQL, and web services, as well as good experience in Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, and J2EE.
You will work independently with client business / IT teams, analyze solution approaches, estimations, best practices, project risks, and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze customer needs and develop innovative plans to solve complex business workflows.
• Lead technical team members in development or implementation activities.
• Participate and lead project meetings and product walkthrough workshops with the customer.
• Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks.
Requirements
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Good team handling skills, planning, managing, and communicating project progress.
• Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions.
