Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Apps Technical Lead to join our team. As a Power Apps Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Power Apps solutions to meet our business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, architect solutions, and provide technical guidance to a team of developers.
Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in designing and developing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
2. Extensive experience with Power Automate for building complex workflows and automations.
3. Strong understanding of data integration and management using Dataverse, Oracle database, SQL Server, SharePoint, and other data sources.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Microsoft Entra ID and other services.
5. Knowledge of coding languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and C# for custom development and extensions.
6. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
7. Expertise in custom connectors.
8. Strong experience in PowerApps administration and governance, including:
· Managing environments
· Developing and enforcing data policies
· Administering licenses
· Implementing and managing security measures

10. Proficient in using the CoE Starter Kit for the Administration, Governance and Adoption of Power Platform in the organization
11. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
12. Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations.

1. Lead the design and development of Power Apps solutions and should have power platform architectural knowledge.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
4. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
5. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
6. Stay updated on the latest Power Platform features and best practices.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and efficiency.
8. Work closely with other teams such as IT, business analysts, and QA to ensure successful project delivery.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Power Apps developer with a strong understanding of the Power Platform.

5. Experience leading a team of developers and managing project timelines.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
