Experience : 6-8 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Must design, develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer's strategic business and technical requirements.
• Understanding the software engineering life cycle for development, and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems.
• Work with a variety of people (program managers, technical peers and business partners) to ensure that maximum value is delivered to clients.
• Working closely with businesses, product and technology stakeholders.
• Lead the implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the architecture designs and solution strategy.
• Must possess superb communication, analytical and time management skills.
• Demonstrate ability and desire to continually learn new technologies in a changing environment; analytical and problem solving way of thought; overall resilient, flexible, and enthusiastic personality.
• Tech Lead experience on implementation projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Iterative approach.
• Gathering, evaluating, defining data migration requirements and data quality requirements.
Technical Skills & Experience
• Must have 6+ years of relevant working experience.
• Certification: Must be Salesforce.com Platform Developer II Certified.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Administration activities.
• Good Hands-on experience with customisation(Apex Triggers, Classes, VisualForce, Aura Components & Lightning Web Component), configuration(Formulas, Workflows, Approval processes, Custom objects, and fields, Sharing Rules, Page layouts, Record types, Permission Sets, Sites, Reports and Dashboards) and Integration experience with Salesforce.com API.
• Experience in translating business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce.com configuration and custom development approaches.
• Experience integrating other applications with the Force.com platform, using REST and SOAP API Integration and other methods.
• Experience implementing and Customizing Omni-Channel Service Cloud features, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case Forms, Chat Knowledge, Case routing, Open CTI and Service Cloud Voice, and Social Studio.
• Experience in implementation and customization in Web-to-lead, Integration with ERP and Billing Systems.
• Detailed knowledge in customizing the community for Customer, Partners and Employees.
• Work with the Client Team to define a scope of development efforts. Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide gap analysis
• Design and program solutions, custom applications and perform unit testing on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming language and Visualforce
• Proficient in Data Migration from other Applications.
• Good knowledge and hands on in setting up and maintaining Salesforce DX, deployment Processes and code review
