Technical Low Code Lead
Description
Responsible for building high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Key participant in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle; Document and demonstrate solutions; Develops flow charts, layouts and documentation
Determine feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions; Understand business needs and know how to create the tools to manage them
Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming
Recommend state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participate in educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations; remain passionate about great technologies, especially open source
Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and issues while protecting IT assets by keeping information confidential; Improve applications by conducting systems analysis recommending changes in policies and procedures
Define applications and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to applications, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context, define Nonfunctional Requirements (NFRs)
Understands multiple architectures and how to apply architecture to solutions; understands programming and testing standards; understands industry standards for traditional and agile development
Provide oversight and foster Built-In Quality and Team and Technical Agility; Adopt new mindsets and habits in how people approach their work while supporting decentralized decision making.

Solution Functional Fit Analysis - Composes and decomposes a system into its component parts using procedures, tools and work aides for the purpose of studying how well the component parts were designed, purchased and configured to interact holistically to meet business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related subject, or relevant experience equivalent.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Experience working as a software engineer with the following knowledge and experiences are preferred:
• Working in Agile environments;
• Fundamental IT technical skill sets;
• Taking a system from coping requirements through actual launch of the system;
• Communicating with users, other technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates and meet production deadlines;
• Professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.
Participate or lead working groups in defining plans and timelines for how to convert or modernize SharePoint solutions contained in groups of related or co-owned sites
Working with other technical teams who are needed to help with integration, pre-requisites, testing, security assessments, and deployments
Collaborating with Sr developers, managers, architects, application system engineers to resolve questions about preferred modernization/conversion approach
Maintain awareness of PowerApps & PowerPlatforms SharePoint development efforts within the company and creating synergies where appropriate
Perform solution testing providing technical quality assurance.
Ensure development policies, procedures, and guidelines are established and followed
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and explore new technologies.
Must have experience on C#,.net. MVC. Javascript. HTML, css, powerapps SQL understanding, platform-Microsoft eco system.
Knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem.
Experience customizing Share Point lists and disparate systems with PowerApps, PowerShell scripts.
