Job Summary
The Operations and Technical Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical operations, leading the technical team, handling government projects, participating in tendering activities, negotiating with OEMs, and delivering effective technical solutions to customers.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in networking and electronic security systems, and hands-on experience in executing government and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Operations Management
Govern and supervise all activities of the technical team.
Ensure timely execution of networking, CCTV, and related technical projects.
Maintain quality standards, safety norms, and adherence to project timelines.
Oversee installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning activities.
2. Government Projects & Tendering
Actively participate in government tendering processes.
Prepare technical documents including BOQs, compliance sheets, and pre-bid clarifications.
Coordinate with internal departments for accurate and timely tender submissions.
Follow up on tender status, approvals, and project execution.
3. Vendor & OEM Coordination
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and technical support with OEMs and vendors.
Evaluate products and technical solutions based on project requirements.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with suppliers and partners.
4. Customer Solutioning
Provide suitable and cost-effective technical solutions to customers.
Support pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions and presentations.
Address technical issues efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction.
5. Team & Process Management
Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance of the technical team.
Train and guide team members on new technologies and project execution standards.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and process compliance.
Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Proven experience in handling government projects and tendering processes.
Strong negotiation skills with OEMs and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Networking / IT or related field).
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in networking, CCTV, and government projects.
Prior exposure to large-scale or government technical projects is mandatory
