Technical Manager

CTO / Senior Product Director
Salary- 25-30L (Depends on your experience)
Position Summary:
Position Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
· Overall 10+ years of experience
· Extensive technical management experience, preferably in the Education domain.
· Has experience in building full-stack applications in the past.
· Leadership and People management must have handled team members in the past and
Ability to guide and lead the team and resolve any technical issues or queries that the team members may have.
· Ability to diagnose faults, oversee user testing, and implement required changes.
· Good understanding of scaled agile framework (SAFe)
· Should have experience with managing SDLC projects.
· Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement)
Position
Education and Experience (required and preferred):
· A bachelor's degree in computer information systems, management information systems, or similar.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· PM & Scrum master certification is a plus
Position
Responsibilities:
· Hands-on involvement in Net Core Web API, C#, and Front-end development (preferably Angular) with the team members
· Work on and guide the team on cloud activities (AWS) like deployments, solution design
· Build and motivate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
· Involve in database design activity in overall solutions
· Providing supervision and guidance to development teams from Architectural & design perspectives.
· Conduct scrum activities like daily stand-up, sprint backlogs, retrospectives etc
· Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable and secure applications.
· Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, deployment management activities, risks, and their respective mitigation actions.
· Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
