Job Description
This position supervises entry and intermediate professional level employees or team leaders of support employees in Product and Technical Service. Resolves complex service issues, manages operations and coordinates on-site support. Ensures continuous improvement of Product Technical Service processes for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
• Leading focused team of technical application specialists.
• Leading the development of an Online Platform (Carrier Care Net) for CTD Business. Coordination with multiple stakeholders to launch the digital platform in phases.
• Developing a technical strategy based on evolving regulations on refrigerants, engine emissions, noise and cold chain.
• Focus on growing need for telematics, data analytics, electric vehicles and develop systems to monitor telematics data and enhance customer business value.
• Working with business, marketing, and tech teams to ensure continual product improvement
• Working closely with the global product development team to customize the product features to cater to local needs.
• Take part in building the localization strategy. Prioritize individual tasks within the localization project
• Reviewing failures, receiving customer feedback, and understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services. To convey their findings to the Quality managers Overseas and corporate leadership.
• Produce detailed product requirements, prototypes, and test scenarios.
• Monitor competitive landscape and technology trends
Qualifications: Mechanical Engineer
Experience: 6+ years
Skills:
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in refrigeration industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to work in greenfield projects
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Self-motivated team player
