Developing accurate and comprehensive documentation is crucial in today's fast-paced business environment. As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in creating high-quality content for Knowesis' clients. In this role, you will research and write complex technical subject matter, organize information from multiple sources, and express technical information in written form that is comprehensible to a wide audience of readers. You will also create various weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports, and draft, expand, refine, and edit architecture documents, technical concepts, or solutions into an easy-to-read, comprehensive, compliant, and compelling document. If you have 3-7 years of experience developing manuals for benefits or healthcare plans, expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe or other desktop publishing software, and demonstrated ability to manage document control and versioning, then we encourage you to apply. With a salary range of $85,000-$+5,000 and excellent benefits, including health insurance, company-paid STD & LTD, and basic life insurance, this is an excellent opportunity to join our team.
