Technical Operations Manager
The Senior Event Services Technician plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support for live events. This position requires a strong understanding of audiovisual technology, excellent communication skills, and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, operation, and strike in a hotel or hospitality environment
Operate intermediate technology solutions and troubleshoot issues as needed
Lead and mentor other technicians and team members
Provide clear instructions to clients on equipment operation
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in audiovisual and/or hospitality industry
Computer proficiency (hardware, software, and networking)
