Roles and Responsibilities
• Engage in customer conversations to drive understand the need and then showcase the solution.
• Successfully orchestrate and demo the power of Cloud.
• Identify customer’s business needs and be a strong pillar of the team till the solutions are deployed.
• Collaborate with internal team to discover newer opportunities and be the catalyst to drive additional revenue.
• Help the sales team in incremental consumption of Cloud at customer’s end.
• Be a proactive help to ideate and implement strategies to accelerate closures.
• Building proposals and explaining them to customers / prospects.
• Be an active participant in company’s GTM activities.
• Deliver presentations / demos at company’s seminars.
Collaboration and Upsell-
• Collaborate with inside sales, manager, sales and service delivery teams to cross-sell, up-sell, and co-sell managed services.
• Drive demos, POCs and Cloud consumption plans with customers / prospects.
Technical Expertise-
• Knowledge on Microsoft Cloud (Azure & M365).
• Knowledge on creating demo environment and associated quality testing.
• You will lead conversations with customers and setup events / demos / POCs.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more solution areas.
• Pitch Bitscape IP for additional consumption of Cloud services.
• Be aware of the competition’s offerings and design our pitch accordingly.

• Continuously learning various products and technologies is essential to be effective in customer conversations.
• Learning will help you asking customers / prospects relevant questions and understand their business needs better.
• Complete trainings and acquire certifications (ongoing).
Other Skills-
• Leverage customer insights and industry knowledge to support customer needs and innovation.
• Take customer feedback and coach the customer on best practices to showcase Bitscape’s value addition.
