Technical Process Associate
IT and Software
Role and Responsibility
Coordinate with vendors and conducting quality assurance, managing pricing and enhancements.
Assist in planning, procuring and implementing the company’s internal and external IT requirements.
Accountable for overseeing and managing day-to-day IT operations and enhancing infrastructure
efficiency and expense.
Analyze and assess the process, techniques, and methods and aim for ongoing improvements.
Meet the IT needs of our international clients through ongoing communication and support.
Collaborate with colleagues and department heads in order to develop strategies and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness
Participate in the creation of new process capabilities for the organization.
Requirements
BCA or BBA/BCom with affinity towards IT
Working experience of 1 year preferred (Freshers can apply)
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
