About the team:
The Paytm Central tech team is at the forefront of this transformational journey, and is responsible for Paytm Main App, Paytm web and mobile web across platforms. We have experienced and diversified engineers, specialized in technologies such as Android, iOS and React. Central team is responsible for all implementation and delivery of Paytm features including growth and campaign related tasks, which is a key driver for Paytm's growth. Central team is also responsible for developing many common tools, libraries and frameworks which are used across different apps internally within Paytm ecosystem i.e. Paytm Merchant App (Paytm for Business), Paytm Money, Golden Gate app (the FSE ecosystem), and other supported apps etc.
Central team also owns the performance, size and quality of apps and SDKs and develops frameworks that are followed across multiple verticals. We work very closely with the Business, Design and Product teams and strive together as a team to deliver better user experience.

About the role:
This is an Individual Contributor Developer Advocate role where the incumbent will be responsible to:
Define solutions for improving Developer Experience and drive adoption across all teams
Define acceptable industry benchmark app-vitals and drive implementation
Expectations:
Improve Developer experience and help developers be successful on the platform
Managing the Developer Relations and the Developer Community
Closely work with all Product & Technology teams, dive deep to identify their pain points and solve platform level limitations
Program Management: designing, implementing and driving adoption of highly scalable technology solutions and features.
Drive continuous improvement, performance engineering, experimentation and platform level innovation.

Frontend/Full-Stack Developer transitioned into a Technical Product Manager and built a platform as a product
