The Role
This role redefines product management at the intersection of AI and agriculture. You'll orchestrate intelligent systems where advisors and farmers confidently act on probabilistic insights because you've made the uncertain feel reliable through transparency and strategic design.
Key responsibilities:
Customer Discovery: Identify high-value financial problems where AI meaningfully improves outcomes for farmers and advisors vs. traditional solutions
Strategic Roadmap: Prioritise AI use cases balancing customer value and technical feasibility.
Trust & Transparency: Design systems with clear confidence thresholds, explainable outputs, and continuous evaluation.
Technical Partnership: Collaborate tightly with Data Scientists, ML Engineers and software engineers on model behaviour, training data, and validation approaches.
Experience
We are looking for a pragmatic PM who can distinguish AI hype from practical application.
Product Expertise: 5+ years in Product Management, with a proven track record in AI/ML or data science products.
Customer-Centric: Deep empathy for end-user problems; ability to translate messy customer needs into product requirements
AI Literacy: Understanding of LLMs and probabilistic outcomes (or proven track record learning complex technical domains)
Strategic Thinking: Balance long-term vision with pragmatic decisions about building & releasing value to customers.
Domain Interest: Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Agriculture is a significant advantage.
