Job Title:
Technical / Product Trainer for Edisapp School Management Software & Apps
Job Purpose:
In order to meet our Customer Onboarding and User Training and Engagement goals, we are looking for a professional Technical / Product Trainer capable of conceptualizing and conducting training programs for customers and end users of our products so as to enable them to use our products efficiently and independently.
Job Descriptions:
Acquire an in-depth understanding of our products and services to confidently conduct user training sessionsGain thorough knowledge about the audience and industry to create relevant training programsCurate and Lead product (technical) training for our clients, school principals, managers, teachers, office staff, parents, and students.Design and develop training materials such as presentation content, practice exercises, assessment materials and scenario-based use casesAssist the creation of video-based or online content for self-learning modulesPlan and deliver effective and engaging training programs for your audienceDeliver a variety of ILT (instructor-led training) sessions i.e., virtual online sessions, in-person sessions, workshops, use-case driven sessions using traditional and modern training methodsCreate relevant tests and assess the effectiveness of training programsConduct training satisfaction surveys and collect a variety of testimonials from participants in an innovative mannerMaintain training data to generate and present training reports to the ManagementProvide detailed technical and product training to internal team members and new joiners.Preparing Training Calendar & Training MaterialsHandle online & offline demos of Edisapp School Automation Software for prospective clients.Must be willing to travel across the Northeast region to Client Locations.
Education and Relevant Experience
BTech / MTech, BCA/MCA, BBA/MBA, MSc(IT/Computer)
Technical Skills: (must have)
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated aptitude for speaking and presenting to both technical and general audiences in an engaging mannerExcellent presentation and time management skillsHands-on experience in technology products trainingStrong planning and facilitation skillsStrong organizational and networking skillsShould be well versed with the MS Office Suite(PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
Additional Skills: (nice to have)
Research and Analytical skillsWorking knowledge of Training Needs AnalysisTraining design skillsExperience having handled Edtech products would be an added advantage
