Job Description
Technical Program Manager position is a role reserved for a few outstanding technical engineers with exceptional accomplishments in program management.
The opportunity is for you to own and lead 0-1 product/platform development efforts at consumer scale.
You will engage with Engineering and Product management to implement business OKRs.
This involves roadmap definition, metrics-driven execution, setting up the program structure, working with engineers to define the architecture and system design, managing risk, dependencies, escalations, and go-to-market activities.
Youll also be accountable for end-end ownership of the program, including presentations to Sr. leadership on a regular basis.
Qualifications
8-12 years in a technical program management role, with experience working directly with engineering teams in Fintech product development a must.
A Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in Engineering.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional, cross-organization teams to negotiate and assemble project plans, secure commitments on deliverables, and resolve blocking issues. Experience driving product roadmap strategy and definition.
Exposure to large-scale systems and application architectures.
Technically savvy and able to ramp up on new technologies quickly.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide status and manage expectations.
Excellent proficiency in tooling/frameworks - Agile, Jira (or equivalent), and DevOps.
