Purpose of the Role
Responsible for providing on time project execution via effective schedule management, clear stakeholder updates, schedule risk assessments and awareness of details for established customer facing projects.
Technical Skills Required
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, Outlook.
• Effective project management tools (Jira, SmartSheets or similar online PM tools)
• This Role is not a hands on engineering role, rather it resides above and adjacent to engineers to ensure that engineering deliverables are tracking to schedule and quality requirements.
• The incumbent must have enough experience to proactively validate commitments made by team members and adjust schedules when realities and individual expectations are not aligned.

Job Responsibilities
1 Act as a primary Liaison between Home Office projects team and the US projects manager and will be 100% focused on the on time and predictable delivery of US Projects
2 Responsible for monitoring the progress on all activities in design, procurement, manufacturing and dispatch on all US based projects and report to the US Project Manager on a weekly basis.
3 Accountable for the delivery commitments to the US Project team and not be afraid to hold people accountable for deliverables including his/her own managers to meet those commitments
4 Responsible for personally assessing or ensuring that all equipment and software has gone through quality checks and successfully tested prior to dispatch.
5 Responsible for ensuring that all equipment and associated hardware are accounted for and nothing is missing prior to dispatch. Checklist to be filled out by TPM.
6 Understand the realities of engineering, logistics, sourcing, and manufacturing and assesses the veracity of any commitments and escalates any concerns to the US PM and the US VP of project management immediately
7 Will work on a hybrid time zone (split between US and India time zones).
Education Qualification- BE/ B. Tech- Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics Instrumentation.
Years of Experience- 5-8 years in technical project management
