• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project status.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Technical Oversight: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill customer requirements.
• Agile Methodologies: Implement and manage Agile processes (e. g., Scrum, Kanban) to enhance project efficiency and flexibility.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and progress reports.
Requirements:
• Good exposure and knowledge in Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline, Jira, Bitbucket, Trello, and MS projects.
• Good leadership and people management qualities.
• Good communication.
• Will work in India shift.
• Good technical expertise to guide team, and face internal customers.
