Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative and incremental project delivery.
• Scrum Master Duties:
• Facilitate the Scrum process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the development team on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Remove any impediments or blockers that may hinder the team's progress.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and meets the agreed-upon sprint goals.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing environment that empowers the team to deliver high-quality products.
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings, track progress, and resolve project-related issues.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their professional growth.
• Technical Solution Delivery:
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver innovative fintech solutions.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for iterative product improvements.
• Oversee the deployment and release management processes to ensure smooth product launches.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and address any technical issues or bugs.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Conduct post-project reviews and analysis to identify lessons learned and best practices.
• Implement process improvements to optimize project delivery and efficiency.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the Fintech industry, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master, facilitating the Scrum process and driving Agile practices.
• Familiarity with Fintech concepts, such as payments, blockchain, data analytics, or compliance is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
