Open Money offers a business account in partnership with banks that help SMES automate and run their finances effectively. The platform enables businesses to collect payments, make seamless payouts, streamline expense management, manage compliance, auto-reconcile & categorize income and expense, thereby automating book-keeping to its growing customer base of 2.3+ million. Currently, Open is processing US$ 30 Billion in transactions annually, and onboards 100,000 new SMEs and startups every month
We are hiring for
Technical Project Manager
8-12 yrs| Bangalore Office
Responsibilities
● Own and manage end-to-end project management including project planning ,
scoping , estimates ,enhancements and change control process
● The Project Management Lead ensures that customer business requirements and
KPIs are being implemented according to defined scope, requirements and best
practices are being delivered at every touch point.
● Drive relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
● Ensure that each project is reported and forecasted accurately to all external and
internal stakeholder
● Successfully identify and mitigate risks and issues. Identify associated opportunities,
actions, and decisions to ensure project delivery is timely with quality. Work across
all of our squads to ensure dependencies are understood and well communicated.
● Work collaboratively and use Agile standard methodologies to support backlog
refinement, sprint planning, and long-term release planning
Requirements
● 8 -12 years of overall experience, Experience in successfully managing and
overseeing projects preferably in the banking sector
● Experience of industry project management techniques including agile project
delivery ideally with any PMI/PRINCE/AGILE certification
● A strong individual with effective communication skills & high aptitude for problem
solving.
● Own delivery for projects end to end - including technical and business tasks and
outcomes. Work with the Tech team,Product Owners & QA to drive the right
outcomes from your team.
● Influencing skills, including experience working within a larger organization.
