Role: Technical Project Manager
Location: India (Remote)
Job Type: Fulltime
Reporting to: Senior Project Manager
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and software/SaaS product management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a developer before transitioning to project management and possess the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage IT projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with technical experts to provide accurate project estimations and solutions.
• Oversee the development and execution of project plans, maintaining accountability for the success and quality of deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular project status reviews and adjust strategies to achieve project objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, with 3-4 years specifically in Agile project management.
• Prior experience as a developer is essential.
• Strong background in software product or SaaS-based project management.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Experience in risk management, including the development of mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with logistics or eCommerce domains is a plus but not required.
• PMP or CSM certification is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
