Location: Bengaluru (Vista Park, Jakkuru Layout, Byatarayanapura, Bengaluru)

Years of Experience -8 to 14

Must have 6+ years in Development experience using Java or Python or .NET (Hands of experience)

We are looking for a Techno-Manager who blends strong technical acumen withleadership and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate has a solutioning mindset, candesign scalable and efficient architectures, and is equally comfortable managing multipleprojects, teams, and client engagements.This role requires hands-on involvement in technical design, solution reviews, andarchitecture discussions, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, withinscope, and aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership (60–70%)

 Own end-to-end solution design and technical architecture across multipleprojects.

 Guide teams in system design, integration, data modeling, API architecture, andperformance optimization.

 Conduct technical reviews, ensure adherence to design and coding best practices,and support troubleshooting of complex issues.

 Stay current with emerging technologies, evaluate new tools/frameworks, and drivetechnical innovation.

 Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business requirementsinto robust, scalable technical solutions.

 Drive automation, code quality, and DevOps adoption across delivery teams.

Managerial & Delivery Leadership (30–40%)

 Lead multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination betweenengineering, QA, DevOps, and business teams.

 Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery while maintainingbudget and schedule control.

 Support pre-sales and client discussions by preparing technical proposals, effortestimates, and solution blueprints.

 Mentor and coach team members; contribute to competency building andknowledge sharing.

 Track and report on key delivery metrics — velocity, quality, risk, and clientsatisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

 8–15 years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in a techno-managerial orlead role.

 Strong background in one or more technology stacks such as:

o Backend: Python/Django, Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar

o Frontend: ReactJS / Angular / Next.js

o Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, CI/CD, containerization (Docker,Kubernetes)

o Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar

 Proven experience in solutioning and architecting scalable systems.

 Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern software engineering practices.

 Experience in managing or overseeing multiple concurrent projects or large distributed teams.

 Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
