We, Thermotech Systems Ltd , is hiring Technical Proposal & Estimation Engineer for our Industrial Heaters /Thermic Fluid Heaters Manufacturing Company @ Vatva ,GIDC ,Ahmedabad ,Gujarat .
• INDUSTRY : Industrial Heaters /Thermic Fluid Heaters Mfg Company
• POSITION: TECHNICAL PROPOSAL ENGINEER
• Education Qualification: Diploma/Degree In Mechanical Engineering from Reputed College/University.
• Experience: Min 3-5 yrs relevant Exp (B.E./B.Tech) & Min 5-7 yrs relevant exp(Diploma)
• DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
ü Conversant with Fired Heaters/Thermic Fluid Heating Systems/Boilers is must.
ü Study and understand the tender / Enquiry / RFQ Specifications provided & prepare a Technical Proposal in accordance with requirements.
ü Preparation of detailed costing estimates for projects proposed.
ü Floating RFQs & analysing vendor proposals, selection of bought out packages like Pumps, Blowers, Burners, Instruments etc.
ü Attending meetings with Client for resolution of Technical Queries.
ü Maintain database of quoted enquiries, client database & tracking of status of proposals submitted.
ü Participate in estimate reviews and update review comments as necessary.
ü Maintain and update cost databases, departmental documents & reports.
ü Archive information used for estimate for future reference.
ü Good Oral and written communication skills.
ü A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / ERP.
ü Experience in utilizing Salesforce or any CRM system. ( an added advantage)
ü Oil & gas as well Petrochemical Industry candidates preferred.
ü Tender Experience require .
