Job Description
• Experience in Authoring of automotive technical content for systems description and operations.
• Gather information on new vehicles/technical subject areas, establishing and utilising key contacts within the business.
• Experience in creating content and illustrations for the manuals for automotive engineering domain like Operations, owners, maintenance, Parts Catalogue, Emergency response guide etc.
• Good understanding of automobiles parts assemblies and processes
• Good understanding of DITA-XML & CMS systems and industrial standards
• Must have hands on experience in authoring tools like MS-Office, InDesign, Framemaker, Arbortext editor (SGML/xml based), cortona 3D etc.
Experience on illustration tools like Arbortext Isodraw, Adobe illustrator, 3D via composer, coral draw, Photoshop etc.
