Technical Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent across various verticals, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. You should have prior experience in hiring for roles like software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, and other IT positions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams or clients.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for active and future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on current trends and tools in IT hiring and recruitment technologies.
• Work on ATS and recruitment dashboards to maintain reports and hiring metrics.
Required Skills:
• 1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT/Engineering roles).
• Strong understanding of technical job roles and terminologies.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
• Exposure to contract and permanent hiring.
• Prior experience working with tech startups or IT consulting firms is an added advantage.
