• Work closely with Account Managers to meet the requirements of the clients in sourcing, screening, and scrutinizing the applications received from suitable candidates. (Resources)
• Strong research and networking skills to find and imply strategies for the perfect candidate.
• Solid understanding of talent acquisition from social media, referrals, networking, and relevant advertising campaigns.
• Screening of applicants through databases, forums, social media, etc.
• Able to plan and execute a qualitative approach to the recruitment process.
• Should have experience in US IT Recruitment
